The story of how it began…
Hello beautiful soul!
I am so happy you have found your way here! Let me start by introducing myself. My name is Nuzzy Saddique and I also go by Coach Nuzzy.
I have a degree in Sociology and background in Social Care spanning nearly 8 years. I have worked in hospitals and community settings alongside some incredible social care practitioners.
However, in June of 2020 I suddenly became very unwell. Picture this, from a headache out of nowhere, I became paralysed. I was in and out of hospital, countless tests and examinations later, all of this happening in the middle of the pandemic, I was finally diagnosed with Functional Neurological Disorder. I had limited access to the therapies I required due to the pandemic, so with the support of my family, I taught myself to speak, walk, bathe, eat and do practically everything again. This was my SPIRITUAL AWAKENING. It was at this point, I knew things had to change.
I have always been the ‘therapist friend,’ who would put everyone before myself and I never dealt with my own traumas and experiences. The result of this was monumental, but it was the best thing to ever happen to me. I used my skills and natural ability to care, listen and be compassionate with people for myself and found my purpose which led me here today.
I learned to love and accept myself, flaws included! I have worked tirelessly on my inner self and will continue to do so, as the healing journey is neither linear nor never- ending. I give myself grace, love, compassion and empathy to break generational cycles and traumas which once were the very thing that held me back.
So, that’s a slight introduction to me and my story! I am so happy you are here and if I can do it, you can do it too! We are born to evolve and step into our truest self and become the best version we can be!
